About Us
Who We Are
It’s often easier to begin with who we are not....
We aren’t all Episcopalians, and not everyone who attends All Hallows is a member. You are welcome to come, participate, and take your time. There is no pressure.
We come from many places - different states, different countries, and different backgrounds - and we are still learning what it means to walk together in faith. We are not defined by politics, though we pray regularly for our leaders, our nation, and the world.
We are not a place of judgment or fear. You are more likely to hear about God’s presence in everyday life than about distant abstractions, because we believe faith is lived here and now.
And while we take our faith seriously, we also believe in joy, friendship, and sharing life together.
So, who are we?
We are people who are still learning, still growing, and still finding our way.
We are people who trust that God’s love meets us where we are — not where we think we should be.
If that sounds like something you are looking for, you are welcome here.
Our Community
Our congregation includes individuals and families from across Edgewater, Davidsonville, and the surrounding South River region.
In addition to weekly worship, parish life includes outreach initiatives, fellowship gatherings, educational opportunities, and seasonal events that bring the community together.
We strive to be a place where faith is practiced not only on Sunday morning, but in daily acts of service, generosity, and care for one another.

Our Leadership
All Hallows Parish is led by the Rev. Jeffrey C. Hual, Rector, in partnership with a seven-member Vestry elected from the congregation.
Leadership at All Hallows is collaborative and prayerful. Major decisions are made with discernment and conversation, guided by a shared commitment to the health and mission of the parish.

Beyond Our Walls
All Hallows participates in both local and global ministry.
Locally, parishioners engage in outreach efforts that serve neighbors in need.
Internationally, our parish is home to Uyum America Inc., a ministry supporting refugee families in Sanliurfa, Türkiye. Through this partnership, we help provide assistance to more than 200 families, many of whom are widows with young children. This ministry reflects our commitment to reconciliation, compassion, and faithful witness across cultural and religious boundaries.
We believe following Christ calls us outward — toward service, mercy, and bridge-building.

The Episcopal Church
As part of the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion, we are rooted in:
Scripture
Tradition
Reason
We value thoughtful faith, respectful dialogue, and a worship tradition that connects us with Christians across centuries and cultures.
You do not need to be Episcopalian to worship with us. We welcome all who seek to grow in faith.
